Trivani Distributors on CHOICE/ Trivani Expeditions

Expedition Discount

Trivani Foundation is excited to announce that distributors can now join any CHOICE Humanitarian expedition in 2010, including expeditions to Bolivia and Guatemala. CHOICE is offering a special discounted price to Trivani distributors who have achieved the rank of Advocate or higher.

Standard expedition price: $2,100
Discount for Advocates and above: $1,795

All Trivani distributors are welcome to join any of the CHOICE Humanitarian expeditions, but you must achieve Advocate status or higher to receive the discounted price.


Expedition Schedule

Trivani Foundation Executive Director Megan McMillan or Project Director Chris Peterson will be joining the following 2009/2010 CHOICE Expeditions.

     • Bolivia: Dec. 26-Jan. 2
     • Mexico: Feb. 6-13
     • Nepal: March27-April 3
     • Kenya: April 3-10
     • Mexico: April 10-17

Expedition Experience
Expeditioners will be assisting villagers and Trivani/CHOICE representatives with current work projects such as the construction of schools, water cisterns, and biogas digesters. By living in the villages, members of the expedition experience life from the perspective of the people they are serving. You will be amazed with the warmth, commitment, and hospitality of your hosts. They are honored to have you as guests, and they put in everything they’ve got to make the projects come to fruition…even the children of the village. One former expeditioner to Guatemala related the following story:

Rudy would come and find me every day and we would play games and learn each other's language. He took care of me on the trails and would sing songs for me. He would help me with the construction projects in any way he could. The last day he brought me flowers and oranges.

Many Trivani distributors have expressed interest in visiting the countries of their sponsored children in hopes of seeing them. This may or may not be possible depending on the expedition and the nature of our work. Remember, the goal of each mission is to serve the village and to fulfill each project. We recognize that Trivani Child Guardians have a real love and concern for their sponsored children, and we honor you for those sentiments.
